Shipping Policy

We ship from a fulfillment center in the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Delivery time
8 to 12 business days after processing, for addresses within the United States.

We'd rather give you the real number than promise two-day delivery and disappoint you. If your order takes materially longer than this, email us and we'll sort it out.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on all orders.

Where we ship
United States only, for now.

Incorrect addresses
If the address entered at checkout is incomplete or incorrect and the package is returned to us, we'll contact you to arrange a reshipment. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows delivered but you never received your order, or the package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll make it right.
