Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

What qualifies
The item must be in the condition you received it, with all original parts and packaging. Because these are personal audio devices, we can only accept returns where the product is complete and undamaged.

How to start a return
Email thiagoianluna@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 2 business days with instructions.

Do not send items back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorization can't be processed.

Return shipping
If the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or we sent the wrong item, we cover return shipping.

If you're returning for any other reason — it didn't fit your ears, you changed your mind, the sound wasn't what you expected — return shipping is at your cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take additional time to appear on your statement.

Defective or damaged items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away with photos and we'll replace it or refund it — your choice.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel, email us within 12 hours of placing the order. After that the order may already be in fulfillment and we won't be able to stop it.
