What to include
If your message is about an existing order, include your order number — it's in your confirmation email. It saves us both a round trip.
Common reasons people write
- Where's my order? Include the order number and we'll pull the tracking.
- It arrived damaged or wrong. Send a photo. We'll replace it or refund it, your call.
- I want to return it. Email before sending anything back — returns without authorization can't be processed.
- Will these work for me? Tell us what you do all day and we'll give you a straight answer, including if the answer is no.
